New Patient Information – Baltimore, MD

Are You Ready for Your Appointment?

Your first appointment with us is always customized to your needs. Generally, we like to get to know our patients a bit before going right into the dental chair. We call this the “pre-clinical interview”. We will review your health history and dental history, but also discuss your goals and objectives for your oral health. This allows us to tailor our appointment to your individual needs. Our goal is customized, comprehensive dentistry aimed at exceptional results!

Your First Visit

Part of the first visit is the “pre-clinical.” This is where you discuss your health history, dental history, and oral health goals with the dentist. This gives us an idea of what to keep an eye out for and what we’ll need to keep in mind while performing the initial examination. Your first checkup will consist of an oral examination, X-rays, and we’ll go over any additional treatments that are required at the end of the visit. Then, we will get you scheduled for your first dental cleaning.

New Patient Forms

As part of our effort to streamline your appointments as much as possible, we are giving you the opportunity to complete your new patient forms before you even arrive at our dental office. You can download the necessary paperwork by clicking the link below. After you’ve filled them out at home, you can simply bring them to our dental office or e-mail them back to our team. Paperwork is required 2 weeks prior to your first appointment. This allows our team to be prepared for your visit.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, our team can file the necessary claims for you. There’s no need for you to deal with the paperwork; you’ll have a team of experts to handle the process on your behalf! Please call ahead of your appointment time with your policy information to discuss your plan. We’ll let you know whether we accept your insurance. And of course, we’ll answer any insurance-related questions you have. It’s important to note that the cost of treatment will be due at the time of service, and we’ll make sure you know what your portion is ahead of your visit.
